Tokyo, April 3, 2025 Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Ltd. announced today the establishment of its local subsidiary, "PT Kawasaki Precision Machinery Indonesia (KPM Indonesia)," to sell hydraulic products in Indonesia. Indonesia is a market with high growth potential, experiencing rapid economic development due to expanding infrastructure investment and active mining development backed by an abundant workforce. Against the backdrop of such rapid economic development, Kawasaki will establish a new local sales company with inventory functions in Indonesia, where demand for hydraulic equipment is increasing. This will enable us to flexibly respond to market changes and diverse customer needs. Through the establishment of this new sales company in Indonesia, Kawasaki aims to improve customer satisfaction and brand strength in the Southeast Asian market.
