The company has published a notice on procurement of LNG

Klaipedos Nafta AB (hereinafter, the “Company”) hereby informs that in today’s issue of Financial Times it has published a notice on procurement of the liquefied natural gas (hereinafter “LNG”). Expressions of interest have to be submitted to the Company by 29 October 2012, 5.00 p.m. (EET).

According to the notice, the Company intend to procure LNG under sale and purchase agreement under the following conditions:

Annual Contract Quantity: 0.75 bcm / 26,500,000 MMBtu.

Contract Term: preferably 10 years; other reasonable proposals will be considered.

First LNG sales: as of commencement of LNG terminal operations (expected on 1 January, 2015), unless agreed otherwise by the parties.
