Mažeikiu Nafta Changes its Name

The shareholder of Public Company Mažeikiu Nafta – PKN Orlen S.A. – decided to change the Company’s name into Public Company ORLEN Lietuva.

The new name will facilitate the Company’s identification with Orlen Group and will ensure smoother, clearer and simpler communication and cooperation with wholesale and retail consumers of the products.

The name Public Company ORLEN Lietuva will take effect after its registration with the Register of Legal Entities.
