Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. (MOL; President: Koichi Muto) today announced that, on June 18, 2013, its subsidiary in the United States, Mitsui O.S.K. Bulk Shipping (USA), Inc. (MOBUSA), received a copy of the complaint concerning a class-action lawsuit filed on June 5, 2013 (local time) in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California as follows.

MOL Group will properly address the matter after carefully examining the details.

The plaintiff argues that the defendants conspired to adjust prices for ocean transport services of completed cars, which are related to the trade of the Unites States.
