Daibiru Acquire Partial Equity Interest (Trust Beneficiary Rights) in 'Otemon Tower / ENEOS Building'

Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. (MOL; President & CEO: Takeshi Hashimoto) today announced that Daibiru Corporation (Daibiru; President & CEO: Takashi Maruyama, Head office: Osaka Japan) a group company of MOL which operates real estate business, has acquired trust beneficiary rights for a partial equity interest in 'Otemon Tower / ENEOS Building'.

MOL is strengthening its non-shipping business under the portfolio strategy, one of the pillars of the management plan, which aims to restructure its business portfolio that can generate stable profits and build resilience to the fluctuate shipping market. In line with this portfolio strategy, MOL Group will expand the real estate business and further strengthen the stability of the group's management.
