(President: Koji Tsue; Headquarters: Kitakyushu-shi, Fukuoka), and Green Kaiji Kaisha, Ltd. (President: Nobuo Tsuboi; Headquarters: Nagoya-shi, Aichi) to MOL Bay Links, thereby establishing it as a holding company. Establishment of MOL Bay Links will optimize the organization and enhance group-wide competitiveness while maintaining the regional initiatives of Nihon Tug-Boat, Green Shipping, Green Kaiji Kaisha, and their subsidiaries.
