• Scope of trade lanes is Asia-U.S. West Coast, Asia - U.S. East Coast, Transatlantic, and Asia - Europe. • When a vessel arrives in the first port of destination area for both directions, eastbound and westbound, within 24 hours of scheduled time of arrival, the voyage is regarded as On Time Arrival. Severe winter weather in Europe and occasional strikes in France have been affecting the services calling in European ports compared with the previous quarter July - September. "Whether it is in our favor or not, MOL will openly share the information of on time arrival with our valued customers and keep challenging towards high quality services including punctuality and information sharing" said, TK Konishi, COO, MOL Liner. The following results included services in which MOL did not operate any vessels and those in which MOL did operate vessels:
The following performance criteria were used: - Measured arrival time within 24 hours of the originally scheduled arrival time. - Measured 23 services on MOL's East-West trade route, including approximately 870 sailings. - Included services in which MOL takes slots but does not operate any vessels. The following results are only for services in which MOL ships were in operation:
