Measurement criteria are: • Scope of trade lanes is Asia-U.S. West Coast, Asia – U.S. East Coast, Transatlantic, and Asia – Europe. • When a vessel arrives in the first port of destination area for both directions, eastbound and westbound, within 24 hours of scheduled time of arrival, the voyage is regarded as On Time Arrival. * Table 1 covers all vessels in the above scope and Table 2 covers MOL vessels under our operation. Both results are weight-averaged based on our allocation of each service. *Situation improved after Chinese ports congestion relieved—particularly MOL operated ships in Asia-Europe trade hit 100% on-time performance. Good improvement was also achieved by TPWC services, however, unfortunately MOL operated ships in USEC service was impacted by typhoons at Asia side then schedule again interrupted by hurricane at USEC side. Table 1
The following performance criteria were used: · Measured arrival time within 24 hours of the originally scheduled arrival time. · Measured 21 services on MOL’s East-West trade route. · Included services in which MOL takes slots but does not operate any vessels. Table 2
