Navios Maritime Holdings, Inc. Announces Delivery of Capesize New Building Vessel

PIRAEUS, GREECE, Feb 01, 2011 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX)

Navios Maritime Holdings, Inc. ("Navios Holdings") (NYSE: NM), a global, vertically integrated seaborne shipping and logistics company, announced today that the Capesize vessel Navios Altamira of 179,165 dwt was delivered from a South Korean shipyard to Navios Holdings' owned fleet on January 28, 2011. The vessel is chartered-out for 10 years at a net rate of $24,674 per day.
