NOCC: Delisting of Norwegian Car Carriers ASA from Oslo Stock Exchange

With reference to press release sent 7 April 2014 by Oslo Stock Exchange, please note that Oslo Stock Exchange has, after having received an application from NOCC, decided to delist the shares of Norwegian Car Carriers ASA from Oslo Stock Exchange.

The delisting of the shares is pursuant to Continuing Obligations section 15.1 (4) cf. Stock Exchange Act section 25 (1).

On this basis Oslo Stock Exchange has on 4 April 2014 made the following resolution:

"The shares of Norwegian Car Carriers ASA will be delisted from Oslo Børs. The last day of listing will be 7 April 2014."
