NOCC: New time charter contract for the vessel "VINNI"



A partnership in which NOCC has an ownership share of 51 % has entered into a new time charter contract for the shortsea-car carrier "Vinni" for a period of about 6 months from the end of April 2012 to the end of October 2012 in direct continuation of the current charter. The concluded time charter rate is about 10 % higher than the current charter rate.

With the abovementioned new charter, NOCC has a charter coverage of 92 % in the 2nd quarter of 2012, 82 % in the 3rd quarter of 2012 and 60 % in the 4th quarter of 2012.
