Ship runs aground off Norwegian coast, leaking oil

A Panama-registered, Chinese-owned dry-bulk vessel is leaking oil after running aground west of the town of Larvik, 132 kilometres (90 miles) south of Oslo, the Norwegian coastguard said on Friday.

The 23 crew members were Chinese nationals and 16 had already been evacuated by helicopter, while seven remained on board.
