January 16, 2019 As the OCEAN Alliance enters its third year of delivering quality products to market, OOCL has constantly been working with our partners to ensure that we continue to bring the best that we can offer to customers. To that end, we are delighted to announce further refinements to the OCEAN Alliance product mix this year. Competition in the industry remains fierce. The third phase of the OCEAN Alliance products have been developed to improve our overall competitive position while meeting the evolving needs of the global supply chain in todays increasingly volatile market environment. Since the introduction of the Day One products in 2017, the OCEAN Alliance members have constantly set high quality standards and maintained very competitive schedule reliability levels while offering the most comprehensive network as possible. For instance, service enhancements made this year in the Trans-Pacific trade includes broadening market coverage in South China and Southeast Asia with a new direct call to Taipei on the PSW service as well as Cai Mep on the ECX1 to meet customer needs. Our express service to the U.S. Gulf Coast has also been expanded with the addition of the new GCC2 product, offering greater schedule flexibility to customers and their supply chains. Customers will also find marked improvements in the Asia-Europe network. With the addition of the new Loop 7 product, the increased service frequency between Asia and North Europe will allow for greater loading flexibility, confidence on service commitments, as well as room for growth through the extended network coverage. Service quality in the Baltic and Scandinavian regions will get a boost through connections to strategic hubs such as Gdansk, Hamburg, Wilhelmshaven and Rotterdam using our efficient feeder network in the Baltic. Customers can also leverage our strength and continual growth in the Mediterranean network through our presence at the Piraeus hub. Connection to the Middle East markets have also been strengthened by making permanent port calls to Jebel Ali. We are very proud to be rolling out a renewed set of industry-leading products in the third phase of the OCEAN Alliance product line this year, said Mr. Andy Tung, Co-Chief Executive Officer of OOCL. In todays tough industry environment and volatility in the global marketplace, it is important that we are able to maintain our operational agility and move quickly to adopt to any changes in the global supply chain. The refinements that we have made proves our commitment to not only meeting the evolving needs of the market, but also ensuring customers are well served with the best selection and most competitive suite of products. In alignment to the product refinements, OOCL will be marketing our services within the OCEAN Alliance scope as presented below: 17 Trans-Pacific Services 6 Pacific Southwest Services (PSW): Pacific China Central 1 [PCC1]: Ningbo Shanghai Pusan Long Beach Pusan Ningbo Pacific China North 1 [PCN1]: Tianjin Qingdao Shanghai Ningbo Prince Rupert Los Angeles Oakland Tianjin Pacific China South 1 [PCS1]: Fuqing Nansha Hong Kong Yantian Xiamen Los Angeles Oakland Fuqing Pacific China South 2 [PCS2]: Taipei Xiamen Shekou Yantian Los Angeles Oakland Taipei Pacific Vietnam China South [PVCS]: Kaohsiung Cai Mep Hong Kong Yantian Kaohsiung Long Beach Kaohsiung South East Asia Pendulum [SEAP-PSW]: Port Kelang Singapore Jakarta Laem Chabang Cai Mep Los Angeles Oakland Hong Kong Cai Mep Singapore Port Kelang Colombo [SEAP-USEC] 4 Pacific Northwest Services (PNW): Pacific North West 1 [PNW1]: Shekou Hong Kong Yantian Kaohsiung Vancouver Seattle Pusan Kaohsiung Shekou Pacific North West 2 [PNW2]: Yantian Xiamen Ningbo Shanghai Pusan Seattle Vancouver Yantian Pacific North West 3 [PNW3]: Yantian Kaohsiung Shanghai Ningbo Tacoma Vancouver Tokyo Osaka Qingdao Yantian Pacific North West 4 [PNW4]: Hong Kong Yantian Ningbo Shanghai Prince Rupert Vancouver Yokohama Hong Kong 7 Asia -
