Third Quarter 2014 Highlights & Recent Developments • Net revenue, net of voyage expenses, of $8.4 million in the third quarter of 2014 • Reduced average daily adjusted total vessel operating expenses by 9.2% year-over-year • Adjusted EBITDA of $0.7 million in the third quarter of 2014 • Adjusted net loss of $6.1 million, or $0.25 per common share, in the third quarter of 2014 • With the delivery of the M/V Gentle Seas and the M/V Peaceful Seas, the Company's fleet increased to 16 vessels in four size classes.
