Russian Emergency Services find lost ship

Russian Emergency Services have located a ship lost in the White Sea, and the crew is safe and sound, RIA Novosti reports.

The Captain Kuznetsov was reported missing on Tuesday after it stopped answering radio signals.

The ship had 11 crewmen and one passenger on board and was on its way to the port of Arkhangelsk to dock for the winter.

It turned out that the Captain Kuznetsov was hit by a severe storm and lost radio contact.

At present the ship is back on its course to Arkhangelsk.
