Sea Trucks Group announces first contract win in Brazil

Sea Trucks Group ("Sea Trucks") is pleased to announce the recent award of its first contract in Brazil.

Sea Trucks will provide accommodation support services to Saipem for 300 POB, including lifting operations, storage support and logistic support services for modifications works of an FPSO.

The group selected its DP3 accommodation support vessel, Jascon 28, for the work. The vessel, which has recently been upgraded, has a 270 ton capacity main crane and will be connected to the FPSO via its 42.5 m hydraulic heave compensated telescopic gangway.The work will commence in Q3 2015, with the contract set for a minimum period of four months.


Jascon 28 - DP3 Accommodation hook-up vessel. Jascon 28 is an accommodation hook-up vessel equipped with a heave-compensated gangway, a 270 mT crane, and DP3. The multipurpose vessel has fully air-conditioned permanent accommodation for up to 464 people, which includes facilities such as a conference room, offices, cinema, gymnasium, recreation rooms, laundry, Internet café as well as a medic room with a hospital.
