Huge blaze at Sicily’s oil refinery sparks panic

A fire which broke out at a storage deposit site at the Milazzo refinery on the Italian island of Sicily in the early hours of Saturday morning had been brought under control, police and firefighters said.
The fire sent hundreds of panicked residents fleeing the area, fearing the fire could spread to residential buildings. The fire was reportedly seen miles away.
