Japan says the core of Reactor 3, at the Fukushima nuclear power plant, may have been damaged. The operation there has been suspended as the development could lead to further radiation leaks. Japan's prime minister says the situation at the crippled Fukushima Dai-ichi nuclear power plant remains ``grave and serious.''
