Prestigious HVAC orders to Chinese yards secured

Wilhelmsen Technical Solutions has won contracts to deliver
HVAC systems to:

• Eight bulk carriers at Yangfan Group’s Zhoushan Shipyard scheduled for delivery between November 2015 and September 2016
• Four chemical tankers at Guangzhou Shipyard scheduled for delivery between December 2015 and July 2016
• One training vessel at Cosco Shipyard scheduled for delivery in December 2015
The training vessel is being built for Dalian Maritime University (DMU). DMU is the only key maritime institution under the Ministry of Communications, People’s Republic of China. The university has a high reputation internationally as an excellent centre of maritime education and training, and is recognised by the International Maritime Organization (IMO). The new training vessel will be the 3rd ship operated by DMU and will carry students all over the globe.
In addition to the above orders, Wilhelmsen Technical Solutions won the contract to deliver HVAC systems for two Pure Car/Truck Carriers (PCTC) built at Hyundai Heavy Industries for Wilh. Wilhelmsen.
