Asian Glory remains in the hands of pirates

On 16th February the Asian Glory moved from her anchorage at Garacad, sailed down the Somali coast and returned again to on 18th February.

The exact purpose of the journey is unknown but it is not uncommon for pirated vessels to move from time to time.

Zodiac have had communication with the vessel this week and continue dialogue with the Pirates to find a resolution. Reports that the Asian Glory has been released are incorrect.
