EXMAR Successfully Places 5-Year Senior Unsecured Guaranteed Bonds

Antwerp, Belgium - 4 September 2026

EXMAR NV (EN Brussels: EXM BB), a leading provider of maritime transportation and floating infrastructure solutions, announces today through its wholly owned subsidiary EXMAR Netherlands BV, that it has successfully placed USD 150 million of new senior unsecured bonds.

The new bonds are due to mature in September 2031 and will pay a fixed semi-annual coupon of 7.75% per annum. An application will be made for the bonds to be listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange.

DNB Carnegie, Fearnley Securities, Nordea and Pareto Securities acted as Joint Bookrunners in the bond issue.

The net proceeds from the bond issue will be used towards strategic growth projects, primarily within EXMARs floating infrastructure platform, and general corporate purposes.
