Athens, Greece - October 13, 2025 Okeanis Eco Tankers Corp. ("OET" or the "Company") (NYSE:ECO / OSE:OET) today announced that each of Robert Knapp and Joshua Nemser have decided to resign as directors of the Company, effective October 10, 2025. The two resignations did not result from any disagreement with the Company or its management. The board of directors of the Company has not yet determined whether to reduce the size of the board or to fill the relevant vacancies. The board of directors remains comprised of a majority of independent directors. The composition of each of the committees of the board of directors remains the same and is unaffected by these resignations, except for the remuneration committee, which remains comprised of Charlotte Stratos and Francis "Frank" Dunne.
