Limassol, Cyprus, May 4, 2026 Robin Energy Ltd. (NASDAQ: RBNE) ("Robin Energy" or the "Company"), an international ship-owning company providing energy transportation services globally, announces that on April 22, 2026, it entered, through a wholly-owned subsidiary, into an agreement with an unaffiliated third-party for the sale of the M/T Wonder Mimosa, a 2006-built Handysize tanker vessel, for a price of $12.8 million. The sale was completed by delivering the vessel to its new owners on April 29, 2026. The Company expects to record during the second quarter of 2026 a net gain of approximately $6.7 million from the sale of the M/T Wonder Mimosa, excluding any transaction-related costs.
