10 November 2025 On the morning of November 8, 2025, at 6:18 AM, accompanied by ceremonial gun salutes, a 11,000 DWT multi-purpose vessel built by Sanfu Shipbuilding for a German shipowner was successfully launched at the company's No. 2 shipyard. The vessel has an overall length of 149.95 meters, a length between perpendiculars of 143.05 meters, a molded breadth of 23.20 meters, a molded depth of 10.5 meters, a design draft of 8.50 meters, and a service speed of 15.5 knots. It is equipped with two 250-ton cranes and is classed by Lloyd's Register (LR). The vessel is powered by a single fixed-pitch propeller and a low-speed diesel engine. It is fitted with two 250-ton cranes, enabling a maximum combined lift capacity of 500 tons. To enhance cargo handling flexibility, a key design feature is the relocation of the superstructure to the bow. The cargo holds are designed with open-top loading capability, and the holds' depth is significantly increased to maximize the single-hold capacity and open deck area. Additionally, the vessel is configured with two-tier cargo decks, allowing adjustable stowage at nine different levels, significantly expanding the variety of cargo that can be carried.
