I have been impressed by the professionalism, dedication and integrity of our colleagues. We are truly grateful for their efforts and commitment, and we wish them all the best with their new owners. The parties have agreed to not comment on the price of the acquisition. Further the Grieg brand is not part of the deal as the company will be incorporated into the SSY infrastructure.
